Terms and Conditions – 879jl Online Gaming Platform

01 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 879jl platform, including all games, betting products, account features, deposits, withdrawals, and any other services offered through the website or mobile application. "879jl," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the platform operator. "You" and "your" refer to the registered account holder.

These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and 879jl. Using the platform in any capacity – browsing, registering, depositing, playing, or betting – means you accept these terms and agree to comply with them.

• You must not already hold an active or suspended 879jl account.
• You must not be registering on behalf of another person.

879jl reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This includes government-issued identification, proof of address, and other documents as required under our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in access restrictions or account closure.

You may hold only one account on 879jl. Creating multiple accounts – including under different names, email addresses, or phone numbers – is a breach of these terms and may result in all accounts being permanently closed and balances being forfeited.

03 Deposits and Payments

All transactions on 879jl are conducted in ₱ Philippine Peso. Deposits may be made through supported Philippine payment methods, which may include Philippine online banking, bank transfer, and local e-wallets. Available methods are displayed on the Deposit page.

• You must only use payment accounts and methods that are registered in your own name.
• Deposits funded from accounts belonging to third parties are not permitted.
• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or payment methods on 879jl.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• 879jl is not liable for delays caused by your bank, e-wallet provider, or network issues outside of our control.

All funds deposited to your 879jl account are held for gaming use. Deposits are non-reversible once credited to your gaming balance. If you believe a deposit was made in error, contact support immediately through your account dashboard.

04 Withdrawals

Withdrawals of winnings and remaining balance may be requested at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same Philippine bank account or e-wallet used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account registered in your name.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times apply as displayed on the Withdrawal page.
• 879jl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these terms.

All withdrawals are paid in ₱ Philippine Peso to accounts held by the registered account holder. Requests to withdraw to third-party accounts will not be processed.

05 Gaming Rules and Betting Conduct

All games and betting products on the 879jl platform are governed by individual game rules in addition to these general terms. Where conflicts arise, the specific game rules take precedence over this section.

• Bets placed and confirmed are final. 879jl does not accept requests to reverse or cancel confirmed bets except in the event of a technical error on our part.
• Any bet placed using funds derived from fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct may be voided at our discretion.
• In the event of a technical failure affecting a game or sports event outcome, 879jl reserves the right to declare all affected bets void and return stakes to players' balances.
• Collusion, match manipulation, use of automated betting systems, or any other form of unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.
• Odds and game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or live event results. 879jl does not influence outcomes in any way that is not disclosed.

Winnings are credited to your account balance in ₱ PHP following the settlement of each game round or sports event. Settlement times vary by game type and sporting event.

06 Responsible Gaming

879jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is for entertainment only. No game or bet on 879jl can guarantee a financial return, and players should never wager more than they can comfortably afford to lose.

• Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits and session time limits through their account settings.
